Dr. Santhosh Koshy, MBBS, MD, a Paediatrician, is the Medical Director of Little Flower Hospital and Koshys Hospital. He had his Bachelors degree in Medicine from JJM Medical College, Davangere and MD in Paediatrics from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore. He was the intellect behind establishing the hospitals and educational institutions and his direction has equipped the 50 bedded Little Flower Hospital and 150 bedded Koshys Super Speciality Hospital with major diagnostic and medical departments to provide total healthcare solutions.

Mr. Sathish Koshy, the second son of Mr. C. Koshy is the Managing Director of Koshys Hospital and Koshys Group of Institutions. A man of dedication and strong will power has been instrumental for the establishment of the institutions. After the completion of his technical education he pursued a course in hospital administration, to manage the hospital and institutions with his highest order of calibre. His skill and efficiency to win over any challenge is a testimony for his dynamic personality.
